I just got asked to go in for the second interview today. That's really short notice. Now I have to mentally prepare myself to face a panel, anticipate some questions and come up with some brilliant answers. And I have to try and slip off earlier to go home to change. I'm so not dressed. I'm wearing sparkly shoes.
What normally happens at round 2 interviews?

It's usually for your prospective boss / team to size you up and see if they like you / can work with you.. so be charming, like-able and try to show that you can pull your weight / learn fast..
Sounds like a lot right? But mostly it's sub-conscious and falls together when the time comes.. try not to giggle too much tho :o)
