Hungry

Right now, I'm craving:
  • A steaming bowl of ramen, with lots of yummy soup and fatty slices of char siew
  • A bowl of prawn mee with pai guat, a la the prawn mee place at Arab St
  • Champagne truffle mooncake from Raffles Hotel
  • Cornflake cookies
  • Feather-thin but crispy prata from any good prata place
  • Royce chocolates
Mmmm...if only...

Hahaa... all looks good to me! Have you tried the Tiramisu mooncake from Raffles Hotel? I find that it's not as good as the champagne one though.

Faster go and eat the mooncakes before the season is over!! I'm so tempted to buy yet one more box of it ...

For ramen, I keep hearing from BMA of The Travelling Hungryboy that Noodle Shop Ken is good. Just don't know where it is yet!

Li-er: No I haven't. I didn't know they had tiramisu, the ones I've tried are the mocha, singapore sling (blech), cognac and of course, the champagne truffle. And like you said, the champagne ones are the best. :)

Tym: I got my mooncake fix when I got home. We have a box of champagne truffle mooncakes sitting at home. Yumyum.

Another ramen place to try? Must try hunting it down.

I munched my way through the Takashimaya Mooncake fair :D

I have not been to any good ramen eatery that has reasonable price in Singapore though...

Oops... made a mistake. It's rum and raisin, not tiramisu. Paiseh! Hehee...

Wolvie: I should not go near the Taka food hall, then I'd go crazy! About ramen, well I think the ramen place at Gallery Hotel is super tasty and very reasonable too. And I've heard there's a good one at Orchard Plaza, facing the OG side.

Li-er: Hrmm...don't think I saw those! But I'm quite happy with my box of champagne truffle mooncakesm, shouldn't be too greedy! :)
